Culture is important to us, and every Xytal employee upholds and embodies our values as an organisation. But this works both ways: we want our employees to feel valued by us as an employer, and love where they work.
We include our staff in decision-making and keep them updated on our strategy and objectives at quarterly meetings. We also give them the opportunity to feedback and shape their workplace by attending board meetings. And of course, we offer good pay, flexible working, healthcare benefits, and birthdays off.

B-Corp and the community
Xytal are committed to reducing inequalities in health and offer our programmes at a discounted rate to those most in need. We provide our programmes to charities on a pro-bono basis, increasing accessibility to our help .
We support both our local community and other charities worldwide. Our current chosen UK charity is the MND Association.
We also support the Akamba Aid Fund, who do incredible work fighting poverty in Kenya through providing better access to health, education, and clean water.
In addition to this, we donate all of our old tech to charity. Our staff are also annually given £250 each to donate to a charity of their choice.
B-Corp and the planet
We are committed to becoming Net Zero by 2050 – but we are not far away from achieving that goal much sooner. We are a fully remote organisation and all our staff use public transport as a first option when travelling to meetings. We have consultants spread nationwide, meaning we can allocate our resources on a local basis – minimising our travel.
We also operate a paper free virtual office, and regularly update our employees on how they can be ‘greener’ at home, with top tips on recycling, energy use, and lifestyle.
