The programme is tailored for PCN leaders and NHS business managers. The Organisational Leader Development Programme empowers you as a senior leader in healthcare to navigate complex environments with confidence.

How it works

The programme consists of six sessions, delivered virtually or face-to-face, across six half days or three full days. Sessions are highly participatory, encouraging discussion, reflection, and action planning.
