Who is it for?

This programme has been developed for leaders in secondary care who have responsibility for their service, department or division.

How it works

The Established Healthcare Leader Programme incorporates action-set learning and coaching sessions. You will:

Explore the theory and structure of leadership and management through seminars
Share ideas and hear from other peers
Investigate further ideas in a 1:1 private coaching setting
Learn how to apply theory into action for your specific circumstance.
