With a proven track record in designing, delivering, and leading high-impact initiatives, Elizabeth leverages her expertise in improvement methodologies, design thinking, and psychotherapeutic approaches to drive meaningful change for individuals, teams, and organisations.
Drawing on extensive experience across industries and healthcare, Elizabeth integrates a unique blend of skills to tackle complex challenges. Her diverse qualifications, including certifications in therapy, MBTI, Programme and Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Design Thinking, enable her to create tailored solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Dr. Sarah Coope
Independent Consultant
Sarah is a highly experienced consultant with a background as a qualified doctor, specializing in clinical coaching, facilitation, and mediation within healthcare. With over 20 years as a GP and extensive experience in developing and delivering training in communication and professional skills, she has worked alongside major healthcare organizations, including Health Education England and Medical Defence, to create impactful learning experiences aimed at improving clinician wellbeing, reducing risk, and enhancing patient satisfaction. As an accredited mediator, appraiser, and mentor, Sarah supports healthcare professionals in identifying core challenges and developing effective solutions in a psychologically safe environment. Her leadership experience spans local CCG and PCN roles, as well as national positions, including RCOG Interim Director of Education and NHS Resolution Head of Case Advice.
At Xytal, Sarah brings her expertise to programme development and delivery, ensuring tailored support for clinicians and healthcare leaders.
Gregory Parry
Independent Consultant
Greg is a dedicated Xytal Consultant and Performance Psychologist with extensive expertise in multiple fields. Currently contributing his insights to both the Medical School and the Wales Centre for Behaviour Change at Bangor University, Greg’s work with the NHS is multifaceted. His areas of impact include leadership development, change management, strategy implementation, fostering high-performing teams, and enhancing coaching skills. Beyond academia, Greg plays a pivotal role in a High-Performance consultancy, where he has been instrumental in delivering key programmes such as the General Practice Improvement Programme the Accelerate Programme, and leading the Organisational Leader Development Programme. He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Hannah Price
Independent Consultant
Hannah is an established healthcare leader within Primary Care with over 25 years of experience within the NHS, specialising in primary care management and transformation. As a Management Consultant at Xytal, Hannah has been hugely successful in guiding practices in implementing quality improvement techniques and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. With a proactive and positive approach, Hannah leads initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and patient care through digital innovation. Her exceptional communication skills and innate ability to engage stakeholders at all levels have earned her recognition, including accolades from NHS England for her NHS England Time for Care Team – Outstanding Case Study – Care Navigation.

Meryl Parker

Meryl is an experienced Project Manager/Consultant with a proven track record in the hospital & healthcare industry. With a background as a Nurse and a Nurse Manager, Meryl brings a wealth of firsthand experience to her role at Xytal. Her expertise extends beyond clinical practice to encompass Hospital Sales, Management, Account Management, Healthcare, and Clinical Research. Meryl is a skilled programme and project management professional, with particular proficiency in change management within Primary Care settings. With her diverse skill set and dedication, Meryl is committed to driving positive transformations in healthcare delivery.
Dr. Julia Sutton-McGough
Independent Consultant
Julia brings extensive experience in strategy development, project management, and performance improvement across pharmaceuticals, charities, and the NHS. With over 25 years of expertise, she excels in leading programmes, facilitating workshops, and coaching organisations to success. Starting in the pharmaceutical industry, she transitioned to strategic leadership roles, including as an executive board member at Sue Ryder. Since 2010, Julia has run her consultancy, specialising in training and organisational development for primary care networks and systems, covering areas like workforce and leadership development. With a background in pharmacology and neuropharmacology, Julia brings a unique blend of academia and practical leadership expertise to her role at Xytal, dedicated to driving positive change and delivering exceptional results.
Heather Allmond
Independent Consultant
Heather practices as a midwife and brings a wealth of clinical and leadership expertise to Xytal. Working in maternity leadership roles over the past 8 years she continues to work clinically on labour ward. Heather is passionate about improving care, services and experiences for patients and their families. Over the years this has fostered a keen interest in quality improvement, leading to additional roles and wider experience.
Heather has visited Kenya as part of Xytal’s charitable work. She is also a Trustee for the Iolanthe Midwifery Trust. Liking to be busy Heather also moonlights as a Clinical Advisor for the Health Ombudsman; providing peer reviews for the British Journal of Midwifery, and teaching as an Associate Lecturer at her local university.
Heather’s role at Xytal allows her to channel her passion for quality improvement and support of teams through the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions, helping to drive impactful changes within maternity and general healthcare settings.
It has been great to have Lee drive and support us in the move to modern general practice.
