Manging Director of Operations
Victoria joined Xytal in 2021 and has played a key role in shaping how the company works today. Her background in finance and operations has supported the steady development of her role, moving from supporting delivery to leading the operational core of the organisation.
She is known for her clarity, fairness and thoughtful approach to complex work. Victoria is a strong ambassador for Xytal’s values and has been instrumental in guiding the company through key initiatives, including the B Corp journey. She keeps people at the centre of decisions and ensures that the way we work reflects the same care and standards we bring to our NHS partners.

Jason Roberts
Managing Director of Commercial
Jason Roberts manages the Commercial side at Xytal and leads how the organisation works with NHS partners to shape and deliver transformation programmes across the system.
He works closely with ICBs, provider trusts and place based leaders to understand their priorities and ensure Xytal’s support reflects what matters most locally. Jason plays a key role in building partnerships that are based on trust, shared purpose and a clear focus on delivery.
Jason combines commercial leadership with a strong understanding of how change is delivered across complex systems. His approach is centred on listening, collaboration and helping turn shared goals into workable programmes.

Andy Meiner
Digital Transformation and Interoperability Specialist Partner
Andy is a digital transformation and interoperability specialist with deep experience supporting NHS organisations and healthcare technology vendors to deliver complex, standards-based transformation programmes. He has worked in EPR programmes, system integration, and data platform strategy, with a strong focus on enabling sustainable change through open data standards.
Andy is Co-Chair of openEHR UK and actively contributes to national interoperability initiatives, including work aligned to the NHS Single Patient Record, helping organisations translate national policy and standards into practical, deliverable outcomes.

Sarah Dicker
Digital Transformation and Change Consultant Partner
Sarah is an experienced Digital Transformation and Change Consultant with over 25 years’ experience across UK healthcare.
She specialises in leading complex digital programmes, supporting organisations to move from strategy into practical, sustained delivery. Much of her work has focused on NHS digitisation, including Electronic Patient Record programmes and frontline digital transformation, helping teams maximise adoption and realise the benefits of new ways of working.
Sarah has worked across NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems, NHS England and Primary Care, leading digital change functions and operational readiness. She is known for combining a clear, structured approach with strong relationships and a focus on how change is experienced in practice.

Dr Richard More
Advisory Director
Richard is a former GP and the founder of Xytal. His clinical experience and long view of the organisation have shaped much of how we work today. Over the years he has supported countless teams across primary, community and secondary care, always focusing on practical improvement that makes a genuine difference to everyday practice.
As he moves into a more advisory role, Richard continues to guide the organisation with the same clarity and grounded insight he is known for. He brings a thoughtful perspective to complex challenges, helping us stay connected to the realities faced by clinicians and system leaders.

Finance Manager
Lucinda plays a central role in ensuring the organisation operates with strong financial governance and integrity.
She works closely with the senior team to oversee financial planning, reporting and controls across the business, providing the clarity and assurance needed to support large scale NHS programmes and long term partnerships.
Lucinda’s work underpins Xytal’s ability to deliver confidently at scale, ensuring that growth, investment and delivery are grounded in robust financial management. Her approach brings stability and transparency to complex programmes, giving customers confidence not only in how work is designed, but in how it is sustained.

Tracey Hirst
Senior Delivery Co-ordinator
Tracey is a Senior Delivery Co-ordinator in the Operations team and has worked with Xytal for nearly a decade, supporting the delivery of large scale transformation programmes across the NHS.
She plays a central role in ensuring programmes are well governed, well coordinated and delivered smoothly, working closely with consultants, NHS partners and system leaders to keep complex work moving with pace and clarity.
Tracey has been a key part of the operational success of the Practice Level Support programme. The strength and reliability of delivery within PLS reflects Tracey’s attention to detail, strong organisational skills and her ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Amy Dyer
Senior Delivery Co-ordinator
Amy plays a central role within Xytal’s Operations team, keeping programmes running smoothly and making sure teams and partners feel supported from start to finish.
She brings clarity, organisation and a steady presence to work that often moves at pace, helping to create the conditions where delivery can happen confidently. Amy works closely with consultants and NHS partners, ensuring that the practical detail of programmes is handled with care and consistency.
Over time, her role has grown to include more analytical and insight focused work. Amy is skilled at gathering information, spotting patterns and making sense of complex detail in ways that directly shape decision making and programme delivery. This strengthens how we understand our landscape, how we shape our work, and how we communicate the impact of what we deliver.

Laura Cameron
PA to Leadership team
Laura supports the Leadership Team in strengthening collaboration, communication and alignment across Xytal. Her work plays a key role in keeping the organisation connected, focused and moving forward together.
She has been central to Xytal’s progress with B Corp and ISO standards, helping strengthen systems, meet external expectations and build processes that will last.
Laura brings capability in environmental policy and monitoring continuous improvement, supporting the organisation to meet external standards and build resilient systems for the future.
Her role spans recruitment, onboarding, policy development and internal audits, each contributing to a more coordinated and confident company. Laura’s influence is felt across Xytal’s day to day life and long term development.

Elizabeth Wassenaar
Marketing Manager
Elizabeth is Marketing Manager and leads how Xytal presents their work, purpose and impact across the NHS and wider system.
She works closely with consultants, partners and the leadership team to ensure Xytal’s communications reflect the reality of transformation on the ground. Her role ensures that system leaders can easily understand how Xytal’s work aligns with their priorities and pressures.
Elizabeth oversees Xytal’s brand, content and external communications, ensuring consistency and credibility across every touchpoint, from insight led content and events to how programmes and partnerships are shared with the system.

Daniel is an experienced leader in general practice, bringing over a decade of expertise as a Practice Manager and Partner to his role. With a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities faced by primary care teams, Daniel combines real-world practicality with an inspiring vision for positive change.
Daniel’s passion for quality improvement ignited during his time on the General Practice Improvement Leaders Programme, where he built a strong foundation in engaging teams to create meaningful, measurable change. His facilitation style is collaborative and empowering, ensuring that all voices are heard and solutions are owned by those who implement them. Through proven methodologies like the Model for Improvement, Daniel helps teams not only identify challenges but also build sustainable systems that drive long-term success.

Daniel Taylor

Daniel is an experienced project manager with a strong background in healthcare innovation and quality improvement. Having established and led a medical devices firm that secured multiple government grants and holds a pending patent, he brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and strategic expertise to his role at Xytal. His experience spans NHS inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as academic research, where he led a pioneering project on surgical outcomes, resulting in published work and international conference presentations.
Daniel has a proven track record in quality improvement, including leading a successful Emergency Department performance transformation and driving long-term discharge productivity initiatives involving social care, local authorities, and NHS Trusts. As a Lead Facilitator for NHS England’s General Practice Improvement Programmes, he has delivered over 200 weekly workshops at more than 20 GP surgeries across England. He has also contributed to the development of national programme materials and played a key role in training new facilitators.

Meryl Parker

Meryl is an experienced Project Manager/Consultant with a proven track record in the hospital & healthcare industry. With a background as a Nurse and a Nurse Manager, Meryl brings a wealth of firsthand experience to her role at Xytal. Dr. Sarah Coope

Sarah is a highly experienced consultant with a background as a qualified doctor, specializing in clinical coaching, facilitation, and mediation within healthcare. With over 20 years as a GP and extensive experience in developing and delivering training in communication and professional skills, she has worked alongside major healthcare organizations, including Health Education England and Medical Defence, to create impactful learning experiences aimed at improving clinician wellbeing, reducing risk, and enhancing patient satisfaction. As an accredited mediator, appraiser, and mentor, Sarah supports healthcare professionals in identifying core challenges and developing effective solutions in a psychologically safe environment. Her leadership experience spans local CCG and PCN roles, as well as national positions, including RCOG Interim Director of Education and NHS Resolution Head of Case Advice.

Gregory Parry

Greg is a dedicated Xytal Consultant and Performance Psychologist with extensive expertise in multiple fields. Currently contributing his insights to both the Medical School and the Wales Centre for Behaviour Change at Bangor University, Greg’s work with the NHS is multifaceted. His areas of impact include leadership development, change management, strategy implementation, fostering high-performing teams, and enhancing coaching skills. Beyond academia, Greg plays a pivotal role in a High-Performance consultancy, where he has been instrumental in delivering key programmes such as the General Practice Improvement Programme the Accelerate Programme, and leading the Organisational Leader Development Programme. He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Hannah Price

Hannah is an established healthcare leader within Primary Care with over 25 years of experience within the NHS, specialising in primary care management and transformation. As a Management Consultant at Xytal, Hannah has been hugely successful in guiding practices in implementing quality improvement techniques and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity. With a proactive and positive approach, Hannah leads initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and patient care through digital innovation. She currently spearheads the NHS GP Improvement Programme and actively contributes to the execution of Xytal’s initiatives. Vanessa also holds the pivotal role of Digital and Transformation Lead for a Primary Care Network (PCN). With over 30 years of diverse healthcare experience, Andy has built a distinguished career that began with a successful tenure in the Army and progressed to a prominent role in General Practice. His impactful journey includes serving as a Managing Partner, Primary Care Network Manager, and Director of a GP Federation, where he has left a lasting mark on patient care and healthcare delivery.
In his current role as a Facilitator for Xytal’s General Practice Improvement Programme, Andy provides guidance and support to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of general practice services. His dedication to driving positive change within the NHS is also evident in his coaching and mentoring work with Practice Managers and leaders across the Yorkshire region. Additionally, he delivers training to Primary Care staff in various roles, all of which underscore his commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.

Dr Charlotte Hilton

Dr Charlotte Hilton is a Chartered Psychologist with expertise in health and social care, person-centred communication skills, compassionate leadership and behaviour change. She is highly published in many leading journals. As a member of the Motivational interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), Dr Hilton is experienced in training others to integrate this evidence-based approach into a range of settings. She is passionate about combining quality improvement tools (what to do) with psychological skills (how to do it) to support general practice in delivering efficient, safe care that enhances patient experience.
Dr Hilton also is the creator of Xytal’s Care Navigation and Managing Difficult Conversations training programmes, which was developed using her vast experience in patient-focused quality improvement and evidence-based clinical research in psychology

Trained as a quality improvement expert, and one of the first in the NHS to be trained as an advanced practitioner in the improvement methodology ‘Six Sigma, she has extensive experience operating at both national and local levels, helping numerous general practices nationwide.
