What does it achieve?
Adding a new GP partner to a practice can be a highly effective way of introducing new skillsets, ideas and investment whilst also typically being more cost-effective than simply adding a new GP onto the payroll. Based on NHS England requirements, our New Partner Introduction programme gives practices and PCNs access to tried-and-tested, best-practice processes and action plans.
