Hello, I am Holly. I am an associate Healthcare Consultant.
I am a trained project manager and lean coach and facilitator. I have an engineering background and have worked in healthcare since 2012. I am passionate about improving patient care and developing and improving tools and processes to support staff in carrying out their role.
Having successfully delivered projects and supported teams to develop care pathways and improve processes across the network, from primary care to secondary care and entwined with community, I have developed a real passion for improving the end-to-end patient journey and experience. I have a wealth of experience in managing and leading NHS projects teams in programmes across secondary care systems including a focus on wards, theatres, outpatients and facilities management.
I am a facilitator in primary care, working with practices to improve internal process and access. When I am not working I can be found cycling or paddleboarding in the South-West.
