What does it achieve?

This programme addresses common team problems in general practice environments such as the ever-increasing workload and levels of stress, and will provide the opportunity to create a calmer, smoother working environment that supports staff engagement and motivation.

With a focus on people, processes and performance, we will work with you to understand your current challenges, guiding and supporting you. The Practice Rapid Support Programme has been created with the knowledge that no two practice teams are the same. Each programme will be tailored to the unique needs of each practice or groups of practices as required.

Starting by exploring your challenges and desired areas for improvement, we will develop ideas for change together and create an action plan to make it happen. With programme delivery available online, our experienced consultants will deliver these highly interactive and popular sessions in the best way for each practice.

Using proven quality improvement processes and methodologies, this flexible programme is ideal for general practice teams, PCNs or any primary care organisation with a desire to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

How it works

Designed to fit around the time constraints common in general practice, at the core of our programme are 3 x 90-minute sessions, delivered virtually via MS Teams (or similar) at a time that is convenient for you. As we progress through the sessions, we will:

  • Explore and understand your specific challenges and frustrations
  • Identify areas for change and improvement, solve problems and create focussed, relevant and achievable solutions.
  • Agree and create an action plan with key deliverables that support and enable positive change.
