Sophie has over 20 years of experience in helping healthcare teams to manage change and deliver improvements. As a trained quality improvement expert, working at both a national and local level, she has supported hundreds of general practices across the country and is a facilitator in our programme for new partners in general practice (New to Partnership Programme). Passionate about improvement, Sophie also provides support to secondary care teams through our Radiology Support Programme.
