An experienced Practice Manager and Quality Improvement consultant. Highlights of my 11 years in Primary Care include establishing a “Darzi” centre, managing the build of a new practice and delivering the NHS England New Models of care program. I am proud to have reached the finals of Practice Manager of the Year four years running in addition to making the management in practice “top 25 PMs” list. In 2016 I became the first Practice Manager in our county to join a practice as a Partner (without first being an employee).
I now work alongside Practice Managers and GPs, their practices and Primary Care Networks, using Quality Improvement strategies to improve their daily lives.
